Interactive callback scheduling After the live-answer message, ask if now is a good time and offer to schedule a callback (1/2/3/5 hours or tomorrow). Applies to live/screening answers, not voicemail.

Screening: announce identity, then wait for a human When Apple/Google/automated screening is detected, speak the identity line below (the "name and reason" the screener asks for), then wait for a human to pick up or the call to reach voicemail — instead of playing the full message to the screener.

Speak the identity line up front to screeners On (needed for Apple/Google): say the identity line so the screener/person hears our response (it shows on their phone). Off: wait silently — the screener hears nothing, but a voicemail only gets the voicemail message.

Callback intro line (spoken at the start of an on-demand callback)

Record calls Records the whole call (both sides) via Twilio. The recording appears on the call detail page when it's ready. Make sure recording complies with consent laws in the states you call.

Twilio only allows a caller ID that is a number you own or have verified. "Originally dialed number" may be rejected/overridden unless that number is verified on your account.

Honor "do not call" requests during a call When on, a spoken/relayed "do not call / remove me" adds the number to the do-not-call list and politely disconnects. (Numbers already on the list are always blocked from dialing regardless of this toggle.)
